1 packet of Asia Joy Salted Egg Butter Prawn Paste,200g prawns, 15g butter, 20 pcs curry leaves, 1/2 tbsp onion (chopped), 1 pc chilli padi (sliced), 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp water. (Seafood can be changed as desired)
Devein and dry the prawn. Add in corn starch to prawn and mix well. Fry prawns in cooking oil till golden brown and set aside for use later. Melt butter and add in garlic, curry leaves and chilli padi. Add in Asia Joy Salted Egg Butter Prawn Paste and water, stir -fry till fragrant. Add in prawns, mix well and it is ready to serve.
