One Packet is all you need to enjoy the traditional taste of prawn noodle!
30pcs x 230g
Garlic, shrimp powder,anchovy powder, onion, vegetable oil, rock sugar, salt, water, pepper, soy sauce (soy beans, flour and salt)
1 packet Hai's Instant Prawn Noodle Paste (230g)
1.5 litres of water
1kg yellow noodles
400g fresh prawns
Breansprouts (as desired)
Green vegetables (as desired)
1. Wash and remove heads from prawns.
2. Stir fry prawn heads in a soup pot with one tablespoon of oil till fragrant.
3. Add Hai's Prawn Noodle Paste and boiling water.
4. Cook for 30 minutes in medium fire.
5. Sieve the doup into another pot.
6. Cook prawns in the boiling soup, shell them and set aside.
7. Then blanch noodles, beanspouts and vegetables.
