Broad Bean, Chilli, Water, Salted Black Bean (Black Soy Bean, Salt, Water), Sugar, Vegetable Oil, MSG, Starch, Sze Chuan Pepper
1 Packet of Asia Joy Ma Po Doufu Paste, 100ml water, 1 box tofu (approx.300g, cut into cubes), 60g minced beef, 1 stick leek (diced), 2 sticks spring onion (diced), 1 tbsp cooking oil.
Add beef in cooking oil and fry for 1 min. Add in leek and fry till fragrant. Add water and Asia Joy Ma Po Doufu Paste and bring to boil. Add in tofu and fry for 1 min. Garnish with spring onions and it is ready to serve.
